    复合镍涂层薄板成形极限应力图的理论计算

    Theoretical Calculation for Forming Limit Stress Diagram of Composite Nickel Coating Sheet

    • 摘要: 基于试验测得的应力应变数据, 分别采用Hollomon方程和5次多项式拟合得到了复合镍涂层薄板应力应变的本构关系, 并采用该本构关系、Hill48屈服准则和Swift分散性失稳准则推导了复合镍涂层薄板的成形极限应力图(FLSD)的理论计算模型; 为了验证该模型的有效性, 进行了复合镍涂层薄板的冲压成形试验。结果表明: 利用该模型能够较准确地预测复合镍涂层薄板的FLSD, 将该模型应用于复合镍涂层薄板的冲压成形生产, 可以有效预防成形缺陷的产生, 并能为分析缺陷产生的原因提供理论支持和指导。

       

      Abstract: Based on experimental stress and strain datas, the stress-strain constitutive relation of composite nickel coating sheet was calculated by using Hollomon equation and the polynomial fitting, and then by using quintic polynomial fitting constitutive relation, Hill48 yield criterion and Swift diffuse instability criterion, a thoretical calculation model for the composite nickel coating sheet′s forming limit stress diagram (FLSD) was derived. Sheet metal stamping experiment was done to verify the validity of the model of composite nickel coating sheet. The results show that the model could predict the FLSD of the composite nickel coating sheet accurately. After applying the model in production process of composite nickel coating sheet forming, some forming defects would prevented effectively, and the model could help finding the causes of these defects.
