    20钢表面双辉等离子钨-碳渗镀层制备及其耐磨性能

    Preparation and Abrasion Resistance of W-C Penetration and Deposition Coating on 20 Steel Surface by Double Glow Plasma

    • 摘要: 设计了一种方波式源极结构, 采用双层辉光渗金属技术在20钢表面实现了钨-碳二元共渗并获得了表面陶瓷渗镀层; 采用SEM和XRD等分析了渗镀层的显微组织、化学成分及物相组成, 对其显微硬度、与基体的结合力以及耐磨性能进行了测试。结果表明: 渗镀层厚约25 μm, 其物相组成为W2C、WC、W、Fe3W3C; 其表面硬度高达961.2 HV, 扩散层成分呈梯度分布, 与基体的结合力为46 N; 渗镀层的磨损质量仅为基材的1/6, 且磨痕宽度较基体的窄, 其磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损。

       

      Abstract: A structure of squaring source electrode was designed, and W-C dual penetration and deposition was carried out on the surface of 20 steel by double glow penetration metal technology, thus a surface ceramic penetration and deposition coating was obtained. The microstructure, chemical composition and phase constituent of the coating were analyzed by means of SEM and XRD. And the microhardness, the adhesion with matrix and abrasion resisting property of the coating were also tested. The results show that the thickness of the penetration and deposition coating was about 25 μm, which was composed of W2C, WC, W and Fe3W3C phase. The surface hardness of ceramic coating was up to 961.2 HV. The diffusion layer took on staircase distribution, and its adhesion with matrix was 46 N. The abrasion mass of ceramic coating was only one sixth of the matrix and the galling width of ceramic coating was narrower than the matrix. The abrasion mechanism of ceramic mainly was abrasive wear.
