    Numerical Simulation of Residual Stress and Distortion in T-Joint of High Strength Steel Considering Phase Transformation

    • 摘要: 以高强钢T型接头多道焊为研究对象, 建立了其热-冶金-力学耦合的三维有限元模型, 运用SYSWELD软件在考虑相变情况下对其焊接过程温度场、残余应力和变形进行了模拟与分析, 并与试验结果进行对比; 此外, 研究了相变对焊接变形的影响。结果表明: 利用温度热循环曲线可对多道焊工艺参数进行优化; 焊缝及近缝区为纵向拉应力和横向拉应力, 远离焊缝中心为纵向压应力和横向拉应力, 且焊缝中心应力略小于近缝区的; 数值模拟结果与试验结果基本一致, 该模型可准确预测焊接残余应力; 考虑相变和不考虑相变两种情况下, 变形的模拟结果一致, 相变对变形影响不明显。

       

      Abstract: A three-dimensional thermal, metallurgical and mechanical finite element model was established by using SYSWELD software for the multi-pass of T-joint in high strength steel, considering phase transformation, to simulate and analyze the temperature field during welding process, residual stress and the distortion. And the simulated results were compared with the test results. The effect of phase transformation on welding distortion was also studied. The results show that multi-pass welding process parameters can be optimized using thermal cycling curves. Stresses were longitudinal and transverse tensile stresses in and near the welding line, and longitudinal compressive stresses and transverse tensile stresses away from the welding line, and the stress in the welding line was less than that near the welding line. The model can accurately predict the welding residual stresses and the results coincided with experiment. Distortions with and without phase transformation were consistent, and the phase transformation had a negligible effect on the distortion.
