    Productive Technology and Mechanical Property of SM55 Steel Cavity Forging Die Block

    • 摘要: 对SM55模具钢的一种型腔大模块的锻造加工工艺及加工后材料的组织与力学性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:通过对钢锭进行多火次、多方向锻造,控制不同火次、不同方向的压下量,利用锻造工具进行锻压型腔等生产工艺,生产出了型腔模块外形良好,型腔模块纵向不同位置力学性能、显微组织等较好的模块,SM55钢型腔模块能够满足模具的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: This paper studies the forging productive technology,microstructure and property of SM55 cavity forging die block. The results show that we can produce SM55 cavity die block though the productive technology include that repeatedly forging times and directions,controlling the rolling reduction of different forging times and directions, using specialtools forging the cavity. The outline of cavity forging die block is excellent. We have tested the vertical mechanical property and microscopic structure of SM55 cavity die block. Tests have shown that SM55 steel cavity forging die blockcan satisfy requirements ofthe using measures.
