    外框限制轧制工艺在喷射沉积板坯加工中的应用

    Application of Frame-pack Rolling Technology to Process of Spray Deposition Sheets

    • 摘要: 喷射沉积多孔铝合金板坯由于有孔洞且缺乏良好的冶金结合,直接轧制时易出现板坯表面裂纹及边裂.为此研究了外框限制轧制工艺对喷射沉积多孔材料5A06和8009铝合金板坯轧制组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:外框限制轧制工艺提高了喷射沉积多孔材料的致密度,避免了轧制过程中裂纹的形成,有效地改善了喷射沉积板坯的轧制性能及材料的力学性能.

       

      Abstract: Spray deposited porous aluminum alloy sheets easily have surface and edge crack when they are directly rolled due to the porosity and metallurgical bond.So the effecte of frame-pack rolling technology on microstructure and mechanical proprties of spray deposited porous 5A06 and 8009 aluminum alloy sheets after rolling were studied.The results show that “the frame-pack rolling” technology can increase the densify,avoid cracking during rolling,and effectively improve the deformability and mechanical properties of the spray deposited porous aluminum alloy sheets.
