    工艺对20CrMnMo钢渗碳淬火畸变的影响

    Effect of Technology on the Distortion of 20CrMnMo Carburizing and Hardening Steel

    • 摘要: 采用正交试验方法,研究了锻造比、预备热处理、渗碳温度、碳势、淬火温度及预热等工艺因素对20CrMnMo钢热处理畸变的影响.结果表明:预备热处理、渗碳温度、碳势和淬火温度对畸变影响显著:锻造比及预热对畸变影响虽不显著,但在优化工艺中也起到良好的作用:针对20CrMnMo钢渗碳淬火的畸变特性,可通过优化的工艺参数较好地控制畸变,其最小畸变量为0.08 mm.

       

      Abstract: Effects of material and technology factors including forging ratio,pre-treatment,carburizing temperature,carbon potential,quenching temperature and preheating,etc on the heat treatment distortion of 20CrMnMo steel were studied by orthogonal test.The result shows that the effect on the distortion of pre-treatment,carburizing temperature,carbon potential and quenching temperature is very prominent;the effect on the distortion of forging ratio and preheating is inapparent,but they have favorable effect in the optimized technology;According to the distortion characteristic of 20CrMnMo steel during carburizing and hardening process,the distortion of 20CrMnMo steel would be controled preferably via optimized technological parameters.The minimum distortion is 0.08 mm.
