合成油基ε-Fe3N磁流体的制备与性能
Preparation of Synthetic Oil Based ε-Fe3N Magnetic Fluid

摘要: 利用自行研制的氮化铁磁流体热解装置对用Fe(CO)5与氨气制取氮化铁磁流体的主要影响因素进行了研究.结果表明:在182 ℃时,通过调节反应气体的流量比,能够获得ε-Fe3N基磁流体;通过减小多孔板孔径可获得粒度更小的ε-Fe3N磁性颗粒;随着反应时间的延长,磁流体的磁化强度逐渐增加.Abstract: A stable ε-Fe3N magnetic fluid has been successfully synthesized by the chemical reaction between iron carbonyl (Fe(CO)5) and ammonia gas(NH3).The reaction conditions for forming ε-Fe3N magnetic fluid and the relationship between the gas flux ratio and the phase composition of the magnetic particles were investigated.The particle size of ε-Fe3N depended on the hole size of the porous plate.The saturation magnetization was increased with the increase of reaction time.
