    Effect of Hot Stamping on Flexural Fatigue Property of QSS400 Axle Housing Steel

    • 摘要: 分别测定了QSS400桥壳钢钢板及其热冲压成型后桥壳材料在应力比R=-0.8的不对称循环载荷条件下的四点弯曲疲劳曲线,研究了热冲压加工对QSS400钢显微组织和疲劳性能的影响.结果表明:QSS400钢虽然在800 ℃热冲压成型过程中经历了再结晶及晶粒长大的过程,但由于钢中微量强碳化物形成元素铌的阻碍作用,桥壳材料的显微组织并没有粗化,仍然保持了11级的细小晶粒度,因此疲劳强度也降低得很少,仅减少4%.

       

      Abstract: The four point flexural fatigue curves of the QSS400 steel including initial hot rolled plate and hot pressed shell at 800 ℃ were measured under asymmetry circle-load conditions with stress ratio of R=-0.8.The effect of hot pressing on microstructure and fatigue property of QSS400 steel was investigated.The results show that the recrystallization of QSS400 steel hot pressed at 800 ℃ took place but the microstructure of the steel didnt become coarsened and still kept fine grain degree of grade 11 due to the addition of Nb which restrained the forming of carbide.However,the fatigue strength decresed slightly,just about 4%.
