    一种非真空熔结镍基合金粉末覆层的显微组织与磨损性能

    Microstructure and Anti-wear Property of a Nickel Base Powder Coating Prepared by Means of Melting in Non-vacuum Stove

    • 摘要: 为了研究一种新型镍基(NiCrWRE)合金粉末材料在非真空无保护气体状态下直接在高温(1 250 ℃)炉中熔结在金属工件表面的工艺,对其熔覆层的显微组织以及磨损性能、维氏硬度分布等进行了分析.结果表明:该合金粉末与基体金属形成了冶金结合,熔覆层中分布着均匀细小的棒状、块状、小颗粒硬质相;熔结良好的NiCrWRE合金覆层硬度分布均匀,相同条件下其磨损质量损失是常用1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti合金的1/8,并且磨损表面纹理细小、平整、光洁,犁沟少,无塑性变形现象.

       

      Abstract: The melting procedure of a new type of nickel base alloy powders(NiCrWRE) being deposited on metal work piece surface in a non-vacuum stove without protective gas in 1 250 ℃ high temperature was studied.The microstructure,anti-wear property and Vickers hardness distribution of the coating were tested.The results show that small hard particles in shape of stick,block and fine grains uniformly distributed in the alloy coating and thus provided good anti-wear condition for alloy coating after alloy powders and base steel were metallurgically bonded.The wear loss of NiCrWRE melted coating is only 1/8 of that of 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti.The worn surface is neat,smooth and only has a few shallow furrows without plastical deformation.
