Abstract: Micro-structure and the strength can be improved,defect can be removed by the means of glass-ceramic composite.Four types of glass-ceramic composites are overviewd,i.e.fiber reinforced glass-ceramic composite,material for dental restoration,glass-ceramic/metal composites,glass-ceramic/ceramic composites.Preparation,enhancing strength mechanism,application foreground of the glass-ceramic composites are discussed.
