    复合纳米润滑油添加剂的制备及其摩擦学性能

    Preparation and Tribological Properties of Composite Nanoparticles as Additive in Lubricating Oil

    • 摘要: 采用超声机械法制备了经过化学修饰的纳米Al2O3、SiO2、MgO复合粉体,使其稳定地分散在基础油中,考察了油的摩擦学性能,用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能量色谱仪(EDS)分析了摩擦副表面的形貌和组成,同时初步分析了添加剂的润滑机理.结果表明:所制备的复合纳米粉体为平均粒径58 nm的球形微粒,在润滑油中具有较好的抗磨减摩能力,表现出良好的自修复效果.

       

      Abstract: Al2O3,SiO2,MgO nanoparticles were prepared by ultrasound-mechanical method and steadily dispersed in base oil by chemical modification.The worn steel surface and its constitutes were respectively analyzed by SEM and EDS.The lubricating mechanism of composite nanoparticle lubricant additives was discussed.The composite nanoparticles are spherical-shaped and have a mean diameter about 58 nm.The composite nanoparticles as additive in lubricating oil have execellent anti-wear,friction reduction and repairing performance.
