Abstract:
The stamping die for mobile photo shell was designed, and the effect of magnesium alloy thin sheet temperature, die temperature, drawing speed and lubricating condition on the formability quality of AZ31 magnesium alloy mobile photo shell was studied. The results show that the magnesium alloy mobile photo shell with high dimensional accuracy could be prepared successfully when the magnesium alloy thin sheet was heated to 350-400 ℃, the temperature of the die was not less than that of the thin sheet, the punching speed was 6 mm·s-1 and the position between thin sheet and blank holder, die and blank holder were lubricated.
