    Stamping Die Design and Forming Technique of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Mobile Photo Shell

    • 摘要: 设计了手机外壳冲压模具, 研究了镁合金薄板温度、模具温度、拉深速度以及润滑条件对AZ31镁合金手机外壳成形质量的影响。结果表明: 镁合金薄板在加热到350~400 ℃, 且凹模的温度不低于薄板温度, 较低的凸模温度(50~90 ℃), 较低拉深速度(6 mm·s-1)及仅对薄板与凹模和压边圈接触部位润滑的条件下, 可以制备出尺寸精度较高的镁合金手机外壳。

       

      Abstract: The stamping die for mobile photo shell was designed, and the effect of magnesium alloy thin sheet temperature, die temperature, drawing speed and lubricating condition on the formability quality of AZ31 magnesium alloy mobile photo shell was studied. The results show that the magnesium alloy mobile photo shell with high dimensional accuracy could be prepared successfully when the magnesium alloy thin sheet was heated to 350-400 ℃, the temperature of the die was not less than that of the thin sheet, the punching speed was 6 mm·s-1 and the position between thin sheet and blank holder, die and blank holder were lubricated.
