    纳米石墨/铝基复合材料的摩擦磨损性能

    Friction and Wear Performance of Nano-graphite/Al Matrix Composite Material

    • 摘要: 采用粉末冶金和热压烧结的方法制备了纳米石墨/铝基复合材料,分析了纳米石墨加入量对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:纳米石墨的加入量为1%时,在基体中易于分散,可以显著降低复合材料的摩擦因数;但随着纳米石墨含量的增加,材料的磨损量也相应增大.

       

      Abstract: Powder metallurgy was used in preparing the nano-graphite/Al matrix composite material.Microstructure indicate that the dispersibility is more homogeneous when the proportion of nano-graphite is 1%.The friction result indicate that nano-graphite could decrease the friction coefficient obviously.But when the quantity of the nano-graphite increase,the wear-loss changing of the material increase.
