    Microstructure and Properties of 45 Steel Surface Strengthened by Electrospark Processing

    • 摘要: 利用电火花强化技术在煤油中对45钢表面沉积硅,可形成一种高非晶含量的铁基非晶合金强化层,用SEM、XRD、EPM等检测手段对强化层进行了研究.结果表明:45钢电火花强化层是反应合金化层,强化层各区域的组织均匀一致,强化相是由电极元素硅和基体元素铁以及煤油中的碳元素反应生成;强化层试样在50 g/L的NaCl溶液中耐腐蚀性能比基体有显著改善.

       

      Abstract: Ustilizing an electro-spark deposition equipment,45 steel samples surfaces were deposited by Si electrode in kerosene,and a very high amorphous content Fe base alloy coating was fabricated by electric-spark process.The microstructure of the coating was studied by SEM,XRD and EPM.The results show that the coating has homogenous microstructure and is formed by the reaction of Fe from the matrix,Si from the electrode and C from kerosene,and the corrosion resistence of the sample in 50 g·L-1 NaCl is improved greatly than 45 steel.
