    Influence of Extrusion Deformation on Corrosion Rate of Pure Magnesium

    • 摘要: 在35 g·L-1NaCl水溶液中,用失重法、气体收集法和电化学方法研究了挤压变形对金属镁耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:金属镁在挤压变形的过程中发生了动态再结晶,由大至几百微米大小不均匀的晶粒变为约25 μm的等轴晶,晶粒细化,晶界的面积增多,即阳极增多,阳极反应速率增加,耐腐蚀性能下降.

       

      Abstract: Influence of extrusion deformation on the corrosion rate of pure magnesium was studied by means of weight loss,gas collection and electrochemical methods in 35 g·L-1 NaCl solution.The results show that the dynamic re-crystallization of pure magnesium occurres during the process of the extrusion deformation and the grain size is decreased from the size of a few hundreds micro meter (μm) to 25 μm.The area of grain boundaries as the anode is increased by the deformation.The reaction rate of the anode is much quicker than the magnesium without deformation and the corrosion resistance is decreased.
