    Preparation and Mechanical Properties of GH99 High Temperature Alloy Honeycomb Plates

    • 摘要: 用钎焊法制备GH99高温合金蜂窝板, 并利用电子万能试验机对该高温合金蜂窝板的平面压缩和弯曲性能进行了研究。结果表明: 采用钎焊法制备的高温合金蜂窝板, 其平面抗压强度为13.68 MPa, 抗弯强度为179 MPa, 蜂窝芯子的抗剪强度为1.75 MPa, 比普碳钢以及镁铝合金蜂窝板的力学性能好。

       

      Abstract: GH99 high temperature alloy honeycomb plates were prepared by brazing welding. Compression and bending properties of the high temperature alloy honeycomb plates were studied by material testing machine. The results show that the of high temperature alloy honeycomb plates manufactured by brazing welding exhibited superior mechanical properties better than those of straight carbon steel and Mg-Al alloy honeycomb plates, with compression strength of 13.68 MPa, bending strength of 179 MPa and shear strength of honeycomb core of 1.75 MPa.
