    Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing of Ceramic Parts Based on the Gelation of Slurry

    • 摘要: 结合快速原型制造技术原理和陶瓷浆料的胶凝特性提出了一种快速制造陶瓷制品的新技术.其工艺流程是先用形状沉积制模法快速制造牺牲模,然后将浆料注入牺牲模中,基于陶瓷浆料的胶凝特性原位固化成型.去除牺牲模后得陶瓷生坯,经烧结处理得到陶瓷制品.研究表明:该技术是一种高可靠性的陶瓷制品快速制造技术,对小批量、复杂结构陶瓷制品的制造具有重要意义.

       

      Abstract: An approach for rapid prototyping manufacturing of ceramic parts was developed by combining rapid prototyping manufacturing with gelation of slurry.At the first phase,sacrificial mold was manufactured by mold shape deposition manufacturing and subsequently the ceramic slurry was casted in the mold by in situ solidification based on gelation of ceramic slurry.The sacrificial mold was then removed and thus the green part of ceramics was obtained.Finally,the green part was sintered to get the ceramic part.Experiments show that this technology is a low cost and reasonable method for rapid manufacturing of ceramic parts especially for those with complex dimensions.
