    SS411NS型杀菌剂对Q235钢在循环冷却水中腐蚀行为的影响

    Influence of SS411NC Fungicide on Corrosion Behavior of Q235 Steel in Circulating Cooling Water

    • 摘要: 采用电化学试验、SEM观察、EDS分析、浸泡及失重试验等方法, 研究了Q235钢在不同含量SS411NS杀菌剂的模拟循环冷却水溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明: Q235钢在添加有SS411NS杀菌剂的模拟循环冷却水中的腐蚀为中度腐蚀; SS411NC杀菌剂的加入能够抑制Q235钢的腐蚀, 随着SS411NC含量的增大, Q235钢的腐蚀速率先降后升, 在90 mg·L-1时达到最小值; Q235钢的腐蚀产物为铁的氧化物和微量铁的硫化物。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior of Q235 steel was investigated in circulating cooling water simulation solutions with different contents of SS411NS fungicide by electrochemical measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation, energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) analysis, immersion testing and weight loss method. The results show that the corrosion degree of Q235 steel in the circulating cooling water added the SS411NS fungicide was moderate corrosion. The SS411NS fungicide can inhibit corrosion of Q235 steel. And the corrosion rate of Q235 steel first fell and then rose when the content of the SS411NC fungicide increased. The minimum value of the corrosion rate was given when the content was 90 mg·L-1.The corrosion product of Q235 steel consisted of iron oxides and trace amounts of iron sulfide.
