    奥氏体不锈钢里氏硬度、维氏硬度及强度之间的换算关系

    Conversion Relation of Leeb-hardness,Vickers-hardness and Strength of Austenitic Stainless Steels

    • 摘要: 为了实现通过硬度来计算材料的强度,测试了几种核电站用奥氏体不锈钢在不同状态下的里氏硬度、维氏硬度、屈服强度及抗拉强度,对数据进行了曲线拟合分析并获得它们之间的回归关系式.结果表明:奥氏体不锈钢的里氏硬度HL与维氏硬度HV之间关系式符合幂函数关系或线性关系;硬度与屈服强度和抗拉强度之间关系式均符合线性关系.

       

      Abstract: For estimating strenth values by measuring hardness values,Leeb-hardness,Vickers-hardness,yield strength and tensile strength values of some austenitic stainless steels used in nuclear power industry were measured and the correlations among them were studied.Fitting curves and regress relation analysis were performed.The results show that the fitting curves between Leeb-hardness and Vickers-hardness of the austenitic stainless steels followed power function relation or linear relation,the fitting curves between hardness and yield and tensile strength of the austenitic stainless steels followed linear relation.
