    Effect of Na2O Content on Crystallization Behavior and Properties of Glass-Ceramics Prepared by Utilizing Tailing of BISCO

    • 摘要: 采用DSC、XRD、SEM等方法研究了Na2O含量对以包钢稀选尾矿为主料制备微晶玻璃析晶行为及性能的影响.结果表明:随着Na2O含量的增加,微晶玻璃的晶化温度逐渐降低;当Na2O质量分数大于6.7%时,主晶相由钙铁辉石变为霞石;当Na2O质量分数为3.6%时,微晶玻璃的抗弯强度最大为150.4 MPa,密度最大为3.4 g·cm-3.

       

      Abstract: The Effect of Na2O content on crystallization behavior and properties of glass-ceramics preparing by utilizing tailing of BISCO was studied by means of DSC,XRD,SEM.The results show that with the increase of Na2O content the crystallization temperature of the glass-ceramics decreased.When the Na2O content was larger than 6.7wt% the main crystal phases changed from hedenbergite to nepheline.When the Na2O content was 36wt%,the maximum bending strength of the glass-ceramics was 150.4 MPa,and the maximum density was 3.4 g·cm-3.
