    Causes of Cavity Defect in Q235B Steel Hot Rolling Plate

    • 摘要: 通过对某钢铁公司生产的有孔洞质量缺陷的Q235B钢热轧板带进行显微组织观察, 分析了缺陷形成原因。结果表明: 该类热轧板带的孔洞缺陷是由于连铸板坯中的硫偏析较重, 生成了不少低熔点(Fe, Mn)S夹杂物, 导致了高温轧制过程中孔洞的形成。

       

      Abstract: The causes of cavity defect in Q235B hot-rolled plate produced in one iron and steel company were analyzed by metallographic analysis. The results show that the cavity defects formed in high temperature rolling process because of serious sulphur segregation which generated a lot inclusions of (Fe, Mn)S with low melting point in the continous casting slab.
