    聚合物基阻尼复合材料的研究现状

    Research Status on Polymer Damping Composites

    • 摘要: 介绍了聚合物基阻尼复合材料的特点, 从基体材料固有的粘弹性、界面相的阻尼、损伤区引起的阻尼、粘塑性阻尼、热弹性阻尼等方面介绍了聚合物材料的阻尼机理, 及物理共混和化学改性的阻尼材料制备方法, 重点讨论了复合材料的微观结构对阻尼性能的影响, 最后指出聚合物基阻尼复合材料今后主要的研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Characteristics of polymer damping composites were presented. The damping mechamism of polymer were introduced also in detail from the respects of intrinsic viscoelasticity of pure polymer, phase interface, damage zone, viscoplasticity and thermoelastic, as well as the preparation method of the physical blending and chemical modification for damping composites. In particular, the effect of microstructure on damping property of composites was discussed highlighted. At last the major research directions of polymer damping materials were pointed out.
