停放环境下飞机材料疲劳性能的退化规律

摘要: 对2A12-T4铝合金试样进行了加速环境试验, 模拟自然停放环境对飞机停放不同日历年后的影响; 并进行疲劳试验, 通过试验数据, 计算得到试样的细节疲劳额定强度(σDFR), 拟合得σDFR与停放时间的函数关系式。结果表明: 随着日历时间的延长, 材料的σDFR呈线性下降趋势; 且在自然环境下停放12 a的退役飞机上同种材料的实际σDFR与其计算得到σDFR的误差极小。Abstract: The accelerated environment experiment was performed to simulate natural parking environment, which affected 2A12-T4 aluminium alloy used in aircraft after different calendar years. The detail fatigue rating (σDFR) of specimens were calculated according the data from fatigue test, and the curve of σDFR versus parking time was fitted by the functional equation. The results show that the detail fatigue rating of materials declined linearly with prolonging parking time. The error between calculated value of σDFR by functional equation and actual value by test of specimen from a retired airplane parking for 12 years under natural environment was small.
