High Cycle Fatigue Property of EA4T Axle Steel with Different Components

摘要: 研究了两种不同成分EA4T车轴钢的高周疲劳性能,并采用光学显微镜对其显微组织进行了分析.结果表明:钢中合金元素含量的提高能有效提高钢的淬透性,并使钢中先共析铁素体尺寸减小、数量减少,晶粒尺寸细化;硫含量的降低能减少夹杂物的数量;这些因素共同作用有效提高了该钢的疲劳强度.Abstract: The high cycle fatigue property of two kinds of EA4T axle steel with different components was studied.The microstructure of the steel was analyzed by optical microscopy.The results show that the increase of alloying element content effectively improved the hardenability of the steel,which led to the decrease of the size and quantity of proeutectoid ferrite and the grain refinement.The low content of sulfur reduced the number of inclusions.These factors together effectively improved the fatigue strength of the steel.
