    Effect of TiB2 Content on Arc Erosion Resistance of TiB2/Cu Composites

    • 摘要: 以纳米级TiB2粉体为增强相, 采用粉末冶金法制备了不同TiB2含量的TiB2/Cu复合材料, 用JF04C型电接触触点材料测试系统研究了TiB2含量对复合材料抗电蚀性能的影响, 并采用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料的电弧侵蚀形貌。结果表明: 随着TiB2含量的增加, 复合材料的燃弧能量逐渐降低, 整体抗电蚀性能提高, 复合材料表面电弧侵蚀熔化程度减轻。

       

      Abstract: TiB2/Cu composites with different TiB2 contents were fabricated by powder metallurgy method. The effect of TiB2 content on arc erosion resistance of TiB2/Cu composites was studied through JF04C electrical contact material testing system. The arc erosion morphology of composites was observed by SEM. The results show that the arc energy of the composites increased, both arc erosion resistance and surface arc erosion melting degree of the composites reduced with the increase of TiB2 content.
