    Influences of Structural Parameters on Mechanical Properties of Magnesium-Aluminum Honeycomb Panel

    • 摘要: 研究了镁(面板)-铝(蜂窝芯)蜂窝板结构参数对蜂窝板压缩和三点弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:镁-铝蜂窝板压缩性能和弯曲性能受铝蜂窝芯结构尺寸的影响极大,蜂窝芯的壁厚越大, 胞壁边长越小, 蜂窝板的抗压强度和抗弯强度越高, 压缩刚度和弯曲刚度越大; 随着蜂窝芯高度增大, 抗压强度和压缩刚度减小, 而抗弯强度和弯曲刚度提高。

       

      Abstract: The influences of structural parameters of the magnesium(panel)-aluminum(honey comb core) honeycomb panel on its compressive properties and three point bending properties were investigated. The results indicate that the compressive properties and bending properties of the honeycomb panel were significantly influenced by the honeycomb core structure size. The larger the honeycomb core wall thickness, the smaller the cell edge length, the higher the compressive strength and bending strength, the larger the compressive stiffness and bending stiffness. With increasing the honeycomb core height, the bending strength and compressive stiffness decreased, and the bending strength and bending stiffness increased.
