    • 摘要: 为了研究滑动对GCr15钢磨损失效行为的影响,在M-2000型摩擦磨损试验机上分别进行了纯滚动和滚动与滑动耦合的摩擦磨损试验,用表面粗糙度仪测量了试样在不同磨损阶段的表面形貌,用称重法测量其磨损量.结果表明:在滚动与滑动耦合作用下,GCr15的磨损规律及磨损机理比较复杂,氧化层剥落和点蚀是其主要的磨损形式,温度对GCr15钢磨损影响显著.

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the behavior of metals wear in coupling of rolling and sliding,GCr15 steels frictional wear was studied using an M2000 experiment machine,by measurring the roughness of surface,and mass.It was found that the mechanism of abrasion in the coupling of rolling and gliding was very complicated.The temperature was a dominating factor of GCr15 steels wear.
