    螺旋缝埋弧焊管残余应力的测试与控制

    Measurement and Control of Residual Stress in Spiral Sub-merged Arc Welding Pipe

    • 摘要: 在大量试验的基础上,综合论述了螺旋缝埋弧焊管实际生产中有关残余应力的测试与控制问题.结果表明:切口位置不同,切口张开间距不同;正常的水压试验有一定的降低残余应力的作用,但主要是引起了焊管内部残余应力的重新分布;建议在焊管补充技术条件中,应明确规定切环试验的切口位置,并应对切环试验的径向、轴向位移加以限制.

       

      Abstract: The problems related to the measurement and control of residual stress in the production of spiral sub-merged arc welding pipe were analyzed based on tests.It was shown that the cut opening space length varied with the severing location,and the normal hydrostatical test mainly brought about the redistribution and decrease of the residual stress.It is suggested that the severing location should be specified,and the axial and radial displacement should be limited in the supplementary specification.
