    Characterization and Analysis of Unknown Powder Adhereing to the Retaining Ring of a Large-scale Generator Rotor

    • 摘要: 利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、激光拉曼光谱仪、傅立叶红外光谱和热分析仪对600 MW发电机转子端部护环表面不明粉末进行表征和分析.结果表明:不明粉末为已粉化的醇酸树脂,主要来自涂覆在发电机转子表面上的防护绝缘漆.

       

      Abstract: The unknown powder adhering to the retaining ring of a 600 MW generator rotor was characterized and analyzed by SEM,EDS,Raman spectroscopy,XRD,FTIR and TGA.The results show that the unknown powder is mainly alkyd resin which came from the insulated oil paint coated on the surface of the rotor.
