    混合盐反应法制备TiB2p/Al-10Sn复合材料

    Preparation of TiB2p/Al-10Sn Composites by Mixed Salt Reaction

    • 摘要: 在对Al-KBF4-K2TiF6-Na3AlF6反应体系进行热力学分析的基础上,用混合盐反应法原位合成了TiB2p/Al-10Sn复合材料;用XRD、SEM、硬度仪等对复合材料的物相组成、显微组织和硬度进行了分析.结果表明:该复合材料主要由α-Al、β-Sn 和TiB2三相组成;内生的TiB2颗粒细小(0.8~1.5 μm),并弥散分布在基体α-Al晶内;在α-Al与共晶β-Sn的交界处出现颗粒团聚,并形成锡包TiB2颗粒组织;与Al-10Sn基体合金相比,复合材料的硬度显著提高.

       

      Abstract: Based on the thermodynamical analysis of Al-KBF4-K2TiF6-Na3AlF6 reaction system,the TiB2p/Al-10Sn composite was fabricated by the mixed salt reaction in-situ synthesis process.The phase composition,microstructure and hardness of the composite were investigated by means of XRD,SEM and sclerometer respectively.The results showed that there were α-Al,β-Sn and TiB2 phases in the composites.The in-situ TiB2 particles with mean size of 0.8-1.5 μm dispersed in the α-Al matrix homogeneously,and the agglomeration of TiB2 particles occurred in the interface between α-Al and eutectic β-Sn,which formed the structure of TiB2 particles wrapped by tin film.Compared with Al-10Sn matrix alloy,the composites had higher hardness.
