    Preparation and Compression Properties of Silicon Rubber Foam with Mixed Cell Structure

    • 摘要: 采用化学发泡的方法制备了开孔-闭孔混合型泡孔结构的硅橡胶泡沫材料,研究了密度对硅橡胶泡沫压缩性能的影响.结果表明:随着材料密度的增加,相同应变所对应的应力增大,应力-应变曲线明显上移,ε0.32随着密度增加而减小,拟合的线性方程为ε0.32=-101.008ρ+84.286,相关系数R=-0.998;压缩应力松弛率随着密度增加而线性增大.

       

      Abstract: The silicon rubber foam with mixed cell structrue was prepared by chemical-foam method.The effect of density on the compression properties of the silicon rubber foam was studied.The result show that the stress corresponding to the same strain increased and ε0.32 reduced with the increase of density,and the stress-strain curve moved upward obviously.The fitted linear equation was ε0.32=-101.008ρ+84.286(R=-0.998).And the stress relaxation rate increased linearly with the increase of the density.
