    径向锻造三维成形锻透性的数值模拟

    FEM Simulation of Forging Penetration Efficiency of Radial Forging in 3D

    • 摘要: 根据径向锻造的原理和GFM锻造机万能锤头锻打 480 mm圆棒料至 250 mm的工艺参数,采用DEFORM 3D软件对锻造过程进行了数值模拟;并从坯料心部的等效应变状态来研究锻件的锻透性.结果表明:用万能锤头锻打 480 mm至 250 mm坯料是可以锻透的,并得到锻透性随压下量的增加而增大的定量关系;同时在相同的压下量时,锻透性随拉打速度增大而减小.

       

      Abstract: The process of the radial forging with the finite software DEFORM 3D was simulates according to both the principle of radial forging and the technology parameters for forging the billet which diameter was from 480 to 240 millimeters with GFM machine universal hammer anel explore the forging penetration efficiency by the strain-effective and the stress state in the billet.Based on the simulation,the new result of the forging penetration efficiency shows that the billet which diameter form 480 to 240 millimeters can be completely forged with universal hammer in the radial forming as well as the forging penetration efficiency is increasing with the draft in the first pass but decreasing with the drawing velocity.
