    Failure Analysis on Abnormal Fracture of Support Plates of Evaporator in Waste Boiler System

    • 摘要: 为解决某公司废热锅炉系统蒸发器支撑板发生严重腐蚀断裂失效的问题, 对支撑板的材质、运行工况、宏微观形貌等进行了分析, 并提出了针对性的解决方案。结果表明: 短时超高温引起的高温氧化腐蚀是导致该支撑板发生严重腐蚀断裂的根本原因。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve a failure incident about severe fractures on the support plates of an evaporator, researches involving matrix material, operation conditions and macro and micro morphology were carried out, and relevant countermeasures were put forward as well. The results show that the high-temperature oxidation corrosion resulted from short time excess temperature was the root cause of the plate failure.
