    Element Diffusion of Al-Si Coating on Superalloy DZ4 at 1100℃

    • 摘要: 以定向凝固镍基高温合金DZ4为基体,采用料浆法在合金表面制备铝-硅涂层;对该涂层试样进行1 100℃抗高温氧化性能试验,并对氧化过程中各元素的分布进行了分析.结果表明:随氧化时间增加,涂层逐渐分为两层,外层为单一β-NiAl相,内层主要由β-NiAl相构成,层内分布着块状和颗粒状的碳化物;高温氧化过程中,硅元素不断向涂层内部扩散,并与基体合金中向外扩散的钼、钨元素结合形成富硅的M6C,并逐渐形成M6C隔层,阻碍镍与铝的互扩散,提高了涂层在高温下的抗氧化能力.

       

      Abstract: The Al-Si coating on DZ4 superalloy was prepared by slurry process.High temperature oxidation experiments of Al-Si coating on DZ4 were carried out at 1 100℃ in air and element diffusion in the oxidation was analyzed.The results indicate that Al-Si coating is composed of two layers.The outer layer is a single phase β-NiAl,while inner layer consiste of β-NiAl and carbide precipitates.The combination of inward-diffusing of Si and outward-diffusing of elements (mainly Mo and W) leds to the formation of Si-riched M6C.Si-riched M6C layer prohibited Ni/Al inter-diffusion and promoted the coating resistance to high temperature oxidation.
