    稀土元素铒对Ni58Ta36Sn6非晶合金耐腐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of Rare Earth Element Er on Corrosion Resistance of Ni58Ta36Sn6 Amorphous Alloy

    • 摘要: 利用单辊甩带法制备了(Ni58Ta36Sn6)100-xErx(x=0,1,2,3,原子分数)非晶合金薄带,用失重法和室温动电位极化法研究了添加不同含量铒元素的非晶合金薄带在酸、碱、盐几种腐蚀介质中的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:在HCl、H2SO4和NaOH溶液中,x=2的合金腐蚀速率最低;而在HNO3溶液中x=1的合金腐蚀速率最低;但是,在NaCl溶液中,随着铒含量的增加合金的腐蚀速率不断增大.

       

      Abstract: The(Ni58Ta36Sn6)100-xErx(x=0,1,2,3 at%) amorphous ribbons were prepared by single-roller melt-spinning technique.The corrosion resistance of the ribbons with different Er contents in several corrosive solutions of acid,alkali and salt was studied by weight loss measurement and potentiodynamic polarization method at room temperature.The results show that the alloy containing 2 at% Er exhibited the lowest corrosion rate in HCl,H2SO4 and NaOH solutions,while the alloy containing 1 at% Er exhibited the lowest corrosion rate in HNO3 solution.The corrosion rate in NaCl solution increased with the increase of the content of Er.
