    重熔渣系对一种铁基高温合金电渣锭冶金质量的影响

    Influence of the Remelting Slag on Metallurgical Quality of a Kind of Fe-base Superalloys Electroslag Ingot

    • 摘要: 采用75% CaF2-15% Al2O3-10% CaO三元渣系及60% CaF2-20% Al2O3-10% CaO-10% MgO四元渣系进行电渣重熔制备铁基高温合金渣锭,并进行了质量对比分析。结果表明:采用四元渣系冶炼后,合金中Al、Ti元素的烧损严重,夹杂物的颗粒尺寸小、数量少、分布较均匀,电渣锭表面质量也得到了明显改善;四元渣系的熔点及电导率较低、黏度较高,但两种渣系的密度相差不显著。

       

      Abstract: 75%CaF2-15%Al2O3-10%CaO ternary slag series and quarternary slag series of 60%CaF2-20%Al2O3-10%CaO-10% were used for electroslag remelting to prepare iron based superalloys slag ingot, and the comparison and analysis were made. The results show that the smelting quarternary slag series, Al, Ti elements in the alloy is damaged seriously, the particle size of inclusions is too small, the distribution is scattered, electroslag ingot surface quality has been significantly improved; melting point and conductivity of ternary slag series low and high viscosity, but two kinds of slag the density difference is not significant.
