    Microstructure and Property of New Stainless Steel 940X

    • 摘要: 研究了新型940X不锈钢的淬、回火温度对其显微组织与性能的影响,并分析了940X钢淬火、回火后高硬度的机理.结果表明:940X钢最佳的淬火温度为1 030 ℃,硬度达到57.3 HRC,淬火组织为马氏体+弥散析出物;在150~500 ℃温度范围内回火,随回火温度的升高,试样的硬度先缓慢降低后再缓慢升高,在150,500 ℃回火的硬度最高,在57 HRC左右;在500~750 ℃回火后,硬度随温度升高而急剧降低;随着回火温度升高,940X钢回火组织的不同导致其硬度的变化.

       

      Abstract: Effect of quenching and tempering temperature on microstructure and property of new stainless steel 940X were investigated and mechanism of high hardness of steel 940X after heat treatment was analyzed.The results show that the optimal quenching temperature of steel 940X was 1 030 ℃.The gained hardness was about 57.3 HRC and the microstructure was martensite and dispersed precipitates.With the increase of tempering temperature,the hardness of steel 940X decreased slowly from 150 ℃ to 300 ℃,then increased slowly from 300 ℃ to 500 ℃,and finally decreased greatly from 500 ℃ to 750 ℃.The change of tempering microstructure with temperature resulted in the change of the hardness of steel 940X.
