    Research and Development Prospects of High Strength Mg Alloys Fabricated by Severe Plastic Deformation

    • 摘要: 系统介绍了大塑性变形细化晶粒的条件和工艺,综述了制备细晶镁合金的三种大塑性变形工艺的基本原理、特点和应用,剖析了细晶镁合金的强度和超塑性特征,指出了大塑性变形制备高强镁合金的发展方向.

       

      Abstract: The conditions and techniques of ultrafine-grained Mg alloys fabricated by severe plastic deformation (SPD) are systematically described.Principle,character and application of three SPD techniques are reviewed.Strength and superplasticity of ultrafine-grained Mg alloys are also discussed.The bright prospects and directions of high strength high toughness Mg alloys fabricated by severe plastic deformation have been indicated.
