Smelting Process Method of Reduction Oxygen Content in the Steel H13

摘要: 采用EAF+LF+VD冶炼的H13钢,通过对钢的LF脱氧工艺进行优化,用铝粉与碳粉进行扩散脱氧,控制炉渣碱度在2.5~3.5范围内,并采用真空脱气、弱氩搅拌及氩气保护等工艺措施来降低钢中的氧含量。结果表明:生产的H13钢经优化脱氧工艺后,钢中的氧含量有较大幅度的降低,平均氧含量由原来的25.37 mg/kg降低到13.53 mg/kg;T[O]≤ 20 mg/kg占比由原来的26.92%提高到98.37%;夹杂物A类+B类+C类+D类平均级别由原来的2.74级降低到2.35级。Abstract: The H13 EAF+LF+VD steel smelting, optimized by LF deoxidation of steel, aluminum and carbon powder with diffusion deoxidation, control the basicity of slag in the 2.5 to 3.5 range, and the use of vacuum degassing, weak and argon argon stirring process. Experimental results show that the optimization of H13 steel after deoxidation, the oxygen content in steel decreased significantly. The average oxygen content is reduced from 25.37 mg/kg to 13.53 mg/kg; T[O] ≤ 20 mg/kg ratio increased from 26.92% to 98.37%; the inclusion type A +B type +C type +D type average class level from the original 2.74 reduced to 2.35.
