Abstract:
The H13 EAF+LF+VD steel smelting, optimized by LF deoxidation of steel, aluminum and carbon powder with diffusion deoxidation, control the basicity of slag in the 2.5 to 3.5 range, and the use of vacuum degassing, weak and argon argon stirring process. Experimental results show that the optimization of H13 steel after deoxidation, the oxygen content in steel decreased significantly. The average oxygen content is reduced from 25.37 mg/kg to 13.53 mg/kg; TO ≤ 20 mg/kg ratio increased from 26.92% to 98.37%; the inclusion type A +B type +C type +D type average class level from the original 2.74 reduced to 2.35.
