摘要: 研究了不同轧制工艺参数对A8MOD钢120方坯质量的影响。结果表明：通过控制轧制压下量和轧制辊速等手段可明显改善A8MOD钢120方坯的质量，可消除方坯中心的疏松和内裂等缺陷。

Abstract: This paper studied the effect of different rolling process on quality of 120 mm square billet of A8MOD steel. Research shows that the quality can be significantly improved by controlling the amount of reduction and the rolling speed, thus solving the problem of central porosity and internal cracks of 120 mm square billets.
