    Ordered Structure of Γ1 Phase in Galvannealed Interstitial Free Steel Sheets

    • 摘要: 采用聚焦离子束(FIB)方法制备了合金化热镀锌IF钢横截面TEM试样,研究了镀层中Γ1相显微结构,得到了Γ1相选区电子衍射花样(SADPs).结果表明:在Γ1相选区电子衍射花样中存在超点阵衍射,说明Γ1相是一种具有2倍周期结构的有序金属间化合物,这种结构不同于Γ1单相试样具有的6倍周期的有序结构.

       

      Abstract: A series map of selected area electron diffraction patterns(SADPs) of Γ1 phase in commercial galvannealed IF steel sheets were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The cross-sectional TEM specimen was prepared using focused ion beam (FIB) technique.The results show that there existed superlattice reflections in the SADPs of Γ1 phase,indicating that Γ1 phase is a kind of ordered intermetallic compound with twice times period.It is different from the 6 times period structure of Γ1 single phase specimen.
