    铁硼合金和钼对钢结硬质合金烧结的影响

    Effect of Fe-B Alloy and Mo on Sintering of Steel Based Carbide

    • 摘要: 对铁硼合金和钼对钢结硬质合金烧结的影响进行了综述.铁硼合金对降低钢结硬质合金烧结温度、抑制硬质相晶粒长大有显著作用,但共晶反应生成的脆性硬质相Fe2B使合金材料的力学性能下降;通过添加适量的钼使之与Fe2B进行反应,可生成力学性能良好的Mo2FeB2硬质相,Mo2FeB2的形成可以减轻Fe2B引起的材料力学性能明显下降的问题;确定铁硼合金添加量以及添加铁硼后合金的最佳烧结温度是今后该研究的重点.

       

      Abstract: The effect of Fe-B alloy and Mo on sintering of steel based carbide is reviewed.Fe-B alloy is beneficial to lowering the sintering temperature of steel based carbide and to restraining abnormal growth of hard phase grains.Mo2FeB2 with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained through reaction between Mo and brittle hard phase Fe2B generated during eutectic reaction,which can alleviate the problem that Fe2B induces the decrease of mechanical properties of steel based carbide.The content of Fe-B in raw material of hard alloy and the optimal sintering temperature of hard alloy with Fe-B should be studied in the future.
