    多相强韧化MoSi2基复合材料的制备及性能

    Preparation and Performance of MoSi2 Based Composites Reinforced by Multi-phases

    • 摘要: 采用热压烧结技术制备了含有多种强韧相的MoSi2基复合材料,研究了强韧相的数量和含量对复合材料性能的影响;探讨了多相强韧化MoSi2基复合材料的强韧化机理.结果表明:多相强韧的MoSi2基复合材料性能要好于单相强韧的复合材料,而两相强韧复合材料性能要优于三相强韧的;两相强韧的(5%SiC+5%Nb)复合材料综合性能较优;多相复合材料的强化机理主要为各强韧相的细晶强化和弥散强化的复合作用;韧化效应可能是各强韧相的相变韧化、微裂纹、裂纹偏转以及细化晶粒等机制的综合作用结果.

       

      Abstract: MoSi2 based composites reinforced by multi-phases were prepared by the hot pressure sintering technique.Influence of the multi-phases number and content on the mechanical properties of the composites were studied,and strengthening and toughening mechanism was investigated.The results indicate that properties of the composites reinforced by multi-phases are better than those reinforced by single phase,those reinforced by two phases are better than those reinforced by three phases,and 5%SiC+5%Nb+MoSi2 composites possess the best comprehensive properties among all the test composites.The strengthening mechanism of the composites reinforced by multi-phases is the corporation of dispersion strengthening and grain refining and the toughening mode may be the integration of phase transition,microcrack,crack deflection and grain refining.
