    7050铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头的组织与冲击韧性

    Microstructure and Impact Toughness of Friction Stir Welded Joint of 7050 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 用优选后的工艺参数对6.3 mm厚7050铝合金板进行搅拌摩擦焊对接焊接,分析了接头的组织与冲击韧性.结果表明:接头的焊核和轴肩影响区组织为细小等轴晶,热影响区组织稍有粗化现象,前进侧热机影响区晶粒发生了较大程度的变形,后退侧晶粒变形程度较小;接头显微硬度呈“W”形分布,热影响区和热机影响区的硬度较低,母材和焊核区的硬度较高,焊核区硬度从底部到顶部依次增大;接头冲击韧性优于母材的,焊核区、热影响区和母材冲击断口中有较多的韧窝,呈典型的韧性断裂特征.

       

      Abstract: The butt joints of 7050 aluminum alloy plates with thickness of 6.3 mm were obtained by friction stir welding with optimizal parameters,and the microstructure and impact toughness of the joints were analyzed.The results indicate that refined equiaxed grains could be observed in weld nugget zome (WNZ) and shoulder affected zone (SAZ) of the joint while coarse grains were found in heat affected zone (HAZ).Thermo-mechanically affected zone (TMAZ) on advancing side consisted of highly deformed grains,and small deformation in retreating side.The microhardness of the joint showed pattern of W-shape,which was low in HAZ and TMAZ but high in base metal and WNZ,and the microhardness of WNZ presented an ascending trend from bottom to top.The impact toughness of the welded joint was superior to the base metal.Lots of dimples existed in the substrate impact fracture,WNZ and HAZ,which showed a typical ductile fracture characteristic.
