    喷锌涂层对球墨铸铁管的防腐蚀保护效应

    Anticorrosive Protection Effect of Zinc Coating on Ductile Cast Iron Pipes

    • 摘要: 采用电化学“二电极”方法,定期测定了沥青和喷锌(130 g/m2)球墨铸铁管在5 g/L NaCl溶液中电位的变化规律,并观察记录试样损伤处首次出现红锈的时间及形貌演变.结果表明:铁的保护电位为-0.780 V,试样电位高于-0.780 V即有红锈出现;相对于沥青涂层,喷锌层对铸铁管防腐蚀提供了有效的阴极保护及自愈合保护,能使首次红锈出现的时间显著延迟.

       

      Abstract: Bitumen painted and zinc coated (130 g/m2) ductile cast iron pipe samples with damages were immersed in 5 g/L NaCl solution,the evolution of the electrochemical potential of the samples was measured periodically using electrochemical “two-electrodes” technique,and the time to first red rusting and the morphology evolution of the damaged area were recorded.The results indicate that the protective potential of iron is -0.780 V above which red rusting will appear.Compared to bitumen painting,zinc coating can provide cast iron pipes with effective cathodic and self-healing protection,thus delaying remarkably the time to first red rusting.
