    B级铸钢与Q450NQR1钢焊接接头的组织与性能

    Microstructure and Properties of Welded Joints of Grade-B Cast Steel and Q450NQR1 Steel

    • 摘要: 用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、扫描电镜及三点弯曲疲劳试验机等研究了B级铸钢与Q450NQR1钢焊接接头的组织与性能.结果表明:其焊缝组织为细小树枝状铁素体+珠光体,B级铸钢侧热影响区近焊缝区有马氏体组织;焊缝硬度达240~295 HV,高于两侧母材的;B级铸钢侧热影响区硬度波动最大,硬度也最高,达370 HV;与焊态相比,焊趾处打磨可使接头疲劳强度提高12%,整体喷丸可提高15%;在循环载荷作用下,焊接接头多在焊根处起裂.

       

      Abstract: Microstructure and properties of the welded joints of the grade-B cast steel and Q450NQR1 steel were studied by optical microscope,micro-hardness analyser,scanning electron microscope and three-point bending fatigue tester.The results show that the small dendritic ferrite and pearlite were found at the welding zone.Martensite was observed at the seam near heat affected zone(HAZ)of the grade-B steel.Hardness of the weld seam reached 240-295 HV,which was higher than that of the two sides of the base metal.Hardness variation of HAZ of the grade-B cast steel was the largest,the hardness could reached maximum of 370 HV.Compared with the welded state,weld toe mechanical polishing could make the joint fatigue strength increase by 12%,and the whole shot peening increase by 15%.Under the cyclic loading,the weld seam cracked most from the root of the weld joints.
