时效温度对PH13-8Mo不锈钢组织和力学性能的影响

摘要: 将PH13-8Mo不锈钢在930 ℃固溶1 h后,再在480,510,540,565,590,620 ℃下时效4 h,研究了时效温度对试验钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢在510 ℃时效后具有最高的硬度和强度,并保持了足够的冲击韧性,具有较好的综合力学性能;在510~620 ℃时效时,随着时效温度升高,硬度和强度下降,冲击韧性升高;试验钢在480 ℃时效后开始析出金属间化合物Ni3Al,该析出相随着时效温度升高逐渐长大和增多。Abstract: Solid solution treatment at 930 ℃ for 1 h and following by aging at 480,510,540,565,590,620 ℃ for 4 h were carried out to study the effects of aging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of PH13-8Mo stainless steel. The results show that, PH13-8Mo stainless steel had better comprehensive mechanical properties, such as the highest hardness and strength and enough impact toughness, after aging at 510 ℃. When aging at 510-620 ℃,the hardness and strength decreased and impact toughness increased with the increase of aging temperature. PH13-8Mo stainless steel began to precipitate the intermetallic compound Ni3Al when aging at 480 ℃, and the precipitates gradually grew up and increased in number gradually with the increase of aging temperature.
