    电触头材料的熔池演化过程

    Analysis of Weld Pool Evolution in Electrical Contact Materials

    • 摘要: 在计算了电弧能量作用于触头材料所形成温度场变化的基础上,研究了电弧作用后从形成熔池到冷却凝固至室温过程中,触头材料状态的变化过程以及与之对应的熔池形貌的演化过程;着重分析了熔池凝固过程的特点及其对触头材料显微组织和形貌变化的影响.结果表明:电弧作用后触头降温至完全凝固过程中的温度变化速率高达107 ℃·s-1,因而冷却速率极快;触头材料凝固过程还具有易于形核、熔池温度梯度大、易形成孔洞疏松结构、甚至会发生化学反应等突出的特点.

       

      Abstract: Based on analyzing the results from the temperature field model of the electrical contacts,the status changes of the electrical contact materials and the evolution of geometrical profile of weld pool after arcing were described in detail.The characteristics of the solidification process were summarized and their great effects on the microstructure and composition of the electrical contact materials were discussed as well.The results show that the cooling rate in the solidification process after arcing duration was as fast as 107 ℃·s-1.The especially distinct characters in the solidification process of weld pool in electrical contacts include easy nucleating,a high gradient of temperature,vary fast cooling rate,porous structure and chemical reactions and so on.
