    硫酸蒸发器钽合金管断裂失效分析

    Fracture Analysis of Tantalum Tube of Sulfuric Acid Evaporator

    • 摘要: 苯胺装置的硫酸蒸发器材料为Ta-2.5W,其加热管使用6个月即发生断裂,对其断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:该材料在现场介质中耐腐蚀性能极强,断裂原因不是应力腐蚀而是由于材料表面受到划伤,使得钽管承载载荷的有效区域减少,强度下降而造成的.

       

      Abstract: The failure reason of the Ta-2.5W pipe of sulphuric acid evaporator,which was put into use for only six months,was studied.The results show that the material has excellent anti-corrosion performance in the medium.The rupture was not caused by stress corrosion cracking,but induced by the surface scratch of material,resulting in a decrease of the efficient loading area of tantalum pipe thus reduction of strength.
