    Failure Analysis for Connection Bolt on Flange of Aluminum Triethyl Pipeline

    • 摘要: 针对三乙基铝管道法兰不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9)联接螺栓的断裂失效,对螺栓进行了化学成分、宏观和微观断口、显微组织等分析.结果表明:螺栓的开裂内因是材质不合格,发生了应力腐蚀,产生应力腐蚀的介质是氯离子.

       

      Abstract: A failure analysis was finished for the connecting bolt of aluminum triethyl pipeline flange.The analysis included chemical composition analysis,macro and micro fractography analysis,microstructure metallography analysis.The analysis results indicate that the failure is caused by the stress corrosion and the corrosion medium is Cl ion.
